What got you in the roofing industry in the first place? Why help with roofing instead of serving in other industries?
My experience replacing my first roof on my own house was a terrible process. It just seemed like no one would represent us properly and would not help us with the insurance process or wanted to deal with it. Eventually we did find someone who helped us walk through the process. That’s when I told myself if I where ever in this industry, I would do my best to serve people the way they deserved and help them through the process. And now I get to live that everyday with the folks we get the privilege of serving.
What is your favorite part about your job with Red Rock Roofing?
In your own words, what is the Red Rock Roofing Advantage?
Our biggest advantage is the time we put in to walk the customers though our process. We don’t just have them sign something on the spot after an inspection. We want to earn their trust and build a relationship with them. The project managers do the initial inspection, then we have a SR project manager do a demo educating the customer about who we are and the materials we use. Then we represent them when it’s time for their Insurance adjuster to come out. We want it to be as seamless as possible and have the hardest thing for the customers to do is pick out their next shingle color.
When vetting a roofing company looking at your roof, what questions should homeowners ask that to determine if they’re credible?
Homeowners should do a hard search on the contractor. Google, BBB, Facebook even. Check out their websites and make sure they are licensed. Interview them after they do your inspections. That is my favorite part when someone asks if I search your company what am I going to find? With a big smile on my face I always say, please do! I promise you will not be disappointed or find one negative review about Red Rock Roofing!
