What got you in the roofing industry in the first place? Why help with roofing instead of serving in other industries?
I began working in the roofing industry when the owner of this company asked for me to come on board and share my administrative skills and construction experience and to further my knowledge in this industry. I chose to work in this industry because of my relationship with Steve and the industry’s need for excellence and integrity to serve our local communities.
What is your favorite part about your job with Red Rock Roofing?
My favorite part of working for Red Rock Roofing is being surrounded by coworkers who care about serving our customers with honesty, transparency, and integrity every day.

When vetting a roofing company looking at your roof, what questions should homeowners ask that to determine if they’re credible?
Customers should determine if the company is locally based, locally experienced and licensed, and should review the company’s history with previous customers to determine their satisfaction rate. They should also determine that the company will advocate for the customer with their insurance company (if an insurance claim is involved), so that the customer’s insurance policy will be maximized in their roof replacement because every insurance claim filed should be optimized in order to get what the homeowner has and will continue to pay for in their premium.
What do you find yourself doing in your spare time?
I spend time with my family and friends, attend church and a small group of dear friends within our church, garden, hike, fish, and enjoy and care for our pets.
